Your order will be processed immediately on the same business day once your online order is finalized. It will be ready for shipment within 2 or 3 business days. We will contact you by email if there's any variation on supply of products. Once your order is shipped, we will send you invoice with tracking information. Please check your email to ensure our message is not filtered.

Our default shipping method is by International Express Courier . We can also send small orders by registered airmail at Post Office with cheaper postage which is worthy for shipment less than 0.5kg (1lb). You can select this option at checkout.

Our International Express Couriers are UPS, DHL, RPX (a joint service with DHL) and EMS.

Shipping Time

A typical Express Package  to the US eastern coast will take about 5 days.

Registered Airmail vis Singapore Post takes 7 - 10 workding days.

DHL has nominated some areas as their remote areas. Extra delivery service charge is applied to these areas. To save extra service charge, we use EMS for these remote areas, which may take 2 or 3 days longer.

We charge a flat shipping fee for Express Package at following rates for each order, regardless quantity or amount. These have been discounted up to 50% off retail rates.

Due to continous increase of oil price, shipping fee has increased a lot over the past few years. It has gone up to such a point that we have no alternative but to increase our shipping fee. We can arrange shipment by Post with cheaper postage for small orders. Please contact us for details.
